Some weddings are beautiful because of the décor. Others are memorable because of the people. Dani and Kiron’s wedding was both—a day filled with overwhelming love, intentional design, and a team of incredible vendors who came together to create an unforgettable experience.

From the very beginning, Dani and Kiron dreamed of a wedding that felt elegant, welcoming, and uniquely them. Our team at LoveLight Events had the incredible honor of not only managing their wedding day but also designing every visual detail, creating all of their florals, and transforming their vision into a reality.

The Morning of the Wedding

The day began with excitement throughout downtown Indianapolis.

Dani spent the morning getting ready with her closest friends and family at The Westin Indianapolis, where laughter, happy tears, and anticipation filled every room. Meanwhile, Kiron and his groomsmen enjoyed a relaxed morning together at a nearby Airbnb before heading to the ceremony.

These quiet moments before “I do” created the perfect beginning to a day neither of them would ever forget.

Transforming Crane Bay into Their Dream Wedding

From the moment guests entered The Crane Bay Event Center, they were immersed in a space intentionally designed to make a statement.

As the design and production team, LoveLight Events was responsible for:

Every floral arrangement was thoughtfully designed to complement the couple’s vision while creating warmth, elegance, and sophistication throughout the venue. Our team focused on creating an experience where every detail—from the ceremony stage to the reception space—felt cohesive and luxurious.

One of the most breathtaking design features was the ceremony stage, anchored by a stunning floating floral installation suspended above Dani and Kiron as they exchanged vows. The florals appeared to hover effortlessly overhead, creating a romantic, ethereal focal point that framed their ceremony in the most unforgettable way.

Later in the evening, custom marquee letters were brought to life during the reception, adding a bold, celebratory glow to the dance floor and enhancing the energy of the night. Every design decision was intentional, ensuring guests experienced beautiful moments from the ceremony through the final dance.
