Hi, I’m Traci, the creative force behind LoveLight Events, an Indianapolis-based event planning and design company specializing in event and wedding management, event design, floral design, and balloon installations. I am native to Indianapolis and deeply proud to create meaningful celebrations in the city I call home. I believe every celebration should tell a story, and my passion is transforming ideas into unforgettable experiences through intentional design and thoughtful details.

My journey began long before LoveLight Events officially launched. My love for weddings and events started in 2016 when I was planning my own wedding. That experience sparked something in me—I fell in love with the excitement, creativity, and emotion that comes with bringing a celebration to life. After getting married in 2018, I realized how much I missed that process and knew I wanted to stay connected to the world of events.

In 2019, I joined the Community Life Center as an event team lead, where I gained hands-on experience executing events and working directly with clients. In August of 2019, I officially launched LoveLight Events. Around the same time, I enrolled in Emory University’s Continuing Education Program, where I earned my Certification in Event Planning, further strengthening my skills and expertise in the industry. Since then, I have had the honor of being part of over 150 celebrations, each one unique and meaningful in its own way.

Outside of events, I am a proud boy mom, and my life is filled with energy, laughter, and a whole lot of love. I enjoy jamming out and occasionally dancing to songs from the late 2000s and 2010s, traveling to new places, trying new foods, working out, and winding down with a good movie and a big tub of buttered popcorn. I am also a night owl, often finding my most creative inspiration late in the evening when the world is quiet.

A fun fact about LoveLight Events: the name is inspired by a paint color I fell in love with because my favorite color is pink. That inspiration became the foundation of my brand—soft, intentional, and full of light, just like the experiences I aim to create.

Whether planning an intimate wedding or a large-scale celebration, I work closely with my clients and their vendor team to ensure every element comes together seamlessly. My attention to detail, collaborative approach, and creative eye allow me to bring each client’s unique vision to life. Based in Indianapolis and available for travel, I’m dedicated to creating events that are not only beautiful but leave a lasting impression.

The smallest details often make the biggest impact.

Equally important is the execution behind the scenes. A beautifully designed event requires thoughtful planning, clear communication, and collaboration among every vendor involved. I pride myself on working alongside photographers, caterers, venues, entertainment, and other creative partners to ensure each event flows effortlessly from beginning to end. When everyone works together, clients can truly relax and enjoy their special day.

Creativity is another cornerstone of my work. I love finding innovative ways to bring my clients’ ideas to life—sometimes even improving upon the vision they imagined. Whether through custom floral designs, statement balloon installations, or personalized décor, my goal is always to create moments that surprise, delight, and leave guests talking long after the celebration ends.
